I have bone-on-bone osteoarthritis in my knee. I have found Battle Balm to be the best pain reliever for me; even better than diclofenac gel. It also helps with ongoing pain. The best.

My clients do not like the smell. It stain their cloths. Mainly down side is the smell. They said that is the same that tiger balm.
