I tried to confirm the replacement of my origional battery and also tried to find the estimated shipping cost but couldn't until I actually placed the order. Shipping showed $0 until the order was placed and then it shows actually more than the battery cost. It would be better to be able to see these things prior to placing the actual order. You might want to also consider Pay Pal as an option to pay as some of us older buyers seem more comfortable instead of putting in a credit card number. Otherwise so far it's ok

There was a difference between what I was told via the Toll free number versus what the website suggested for my APC UPS 520ES. The website gave me two options; the person on the toll line gave me only one option.
