Got all the special batteries I needed in a reasonable time. Only problem was I thought it was free shipping with an order over $50, but I was charged over $10. 00.

Although I’ve good experiences in the past, this transaction was not very good. Initially, the item ordered was shipped with the wrong color light despite being correctly ordered. Then it took several weeks to get replacements sent. Overall, it wasn’t horrible but it didn’t go as smoothly as I would have liked.

I have been waiting for a backorder of cr2032 toshiba battery since July. I don't believe that any back order should be that long. I have been a loyal customer for years, however my patience is getting short!

21700 protected button tops

They didn't inform me that my item was on backorder until I purchased it. Still waiting for item. No word from Battery Junction. Very disappointed.

Customer service said the item was in stock, I ordered it, and it does not seem to be in stock.

Made my order said it would be here September 28th and here we are October 17th

I kept waiting for my order to ship as it was taking a pretty long time. I finally got in contact with Battery Junction and they told me one of the batteries was backordered. A better way to handle that is to let the customer know when something is holding up the order. Once I replaced the backordered product with another my order came in very fast. Customer support was great when I contacted them. All is well.

Prices for pocket flashlights way to high. Everything seems to be overpriced too.
