I only give four stars because some parts of the website are not updated. I did receive prompt reply the items were out of stock. Batteries all so far have full charger from the tester I have. None are leaking nor damaged. Some of the Parcel Services do seem to be rather less than gently when transitioning the items.

The batteries arrived in a very timely manner after you shipped them to me. One of the other things I like about BatteriesInAFlash. com is the very comprehensive battery cross-reference guide. One of the batteries I was replacing had a part number I didn't recognize, but I was able to locate it on the chart and order the proper replacement battery.
