Had to buy online because shop experience wasn’t good at all. Lack of manpower in store, slow to serve and poor knowledge of inventory.

The second pair arrived with some defects. When I went to Peninsula branch to get them exchanged, it was a smooth process and no questions asked. As long as they were not worn at all, they can be exchanged. That is great confidence booster for Bata online sales.
