I LOVE the Bastide Rose soap! It smells wonderful and does not dry out my aging skin at all. This order was for more soap and also the Rose Handcream which I am anxious to try. My only disappointment with my latest order is the shipping time. I ordered on June 11 and as of June 19 still do not have my products. It should not take that long to be shipped from NJ to right outside Philadelphia, PA. My first order arrived very quickly.

Your service was great

I purchased the sample set of the 7 fragrances. My two daughters and myself had fun trying them over a week to see which fragrances we preferred. We all chose a different scent so I purchased 4 of the travel size perfumes to satisfy all! My only suggestion is that Bastide provide some small samples when you order.....I often find those to be future purchases!

I totally understand that covid has created logistical nightmares, as I am also in retail and dealing with shipping delays and losses....and I realize this is probably a carrier issue, but my package (a gift) shipped from New Jersey to Maryland on the 29th of May...nearly a week ago... and it still has t been delivered. I could have walked there faster. No communication. Wrong tracking was provided. Still no idea where this is or when it will arrive, the current tracking says Thursday June 4...it’s the 6th. Anyway...frustrated.

This scent is amazing, I received a sample after purchasing some hand cream and fell in love with the scent. It smells so clean and crisp.
