I have read all the material sent and I can say I am now pretty informed on HBP. Over the past year, I have lost about 26lbs and have bumped up my daily exercise from 3 miles to 5 miles. I have been very sceptical about taking prescription medication for my BP, since I am a witness to what that stuff has done to folks in my family with all its side effects. I have been taking garlic regularly and quercetin and now your Tumeric BP, I am hoping to see some progress in my BP number soon. Thanks for the information. After all, knowledge is power.
