I normally order here because the selection of books is great and the pricing is comparable or cheaper than other places. However, I was disappointed in my last order - I had paid for expedited shipping so my books would arrive before the first day of classes, but it was delayed by a week. I reached out to customer service via email for a shipping refund, but have yet to hear back.
