Very good quality and excellent service

Always a quick, reliable service, nice personal touch with the handwritten note on the invoice and lots of lovely products on the website. I just bought the large reindeer toy for my friend's dog and I think he'll love it, it's a great size and is well made.

There was a small mix up with the order which was resolved quickly and easily. Maybe not the fault of the company but the order seemed to take ages to arrive.

This is a good product but the first 2 we had we were unable to put together as there was a fault - third time lucky though and our dogs are happy. The service from Amy & Leigh throughout was excellent. They were incredibly helpful and resolved the issues quickly. I would buy from them again.

Firstly I have not seen these in any pet shop. I am so glad I found them on line. Thank you Barks & Bunnies. My Staffy loves this Coffewood Chew, better than the Chewroots which I also bought at the same time. I bought these due to taking her off Rawhide on my Vets advice. These are 100% better for your dog. Due to her boarder line Kidney failure I am on natural food for her and this Coffewood Chew is Fantastic and I would highly recommend, Natural product for your loved ones and I will be buying more. So pleased a happy Mummy and Staffy Girl.

I've been searching for ways to get The Hay Expert items shipped to the US and this is definitely the way to go. The international shipping is a bit expensive but it was very quick and tracking was provided. For the quality of these items, I didn't mind paying for it. My bunnies love the whole dried herbs so this was a hit.

My country was not registered as a shipping destination, but as soon as they got inquired it responded immediately. Product arrived soon and I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We get the 'tough stuff' box and Pepper loves it! He managed to chew through the toy that came in our first box (he is an extreme chewer) and Barks&Bunnies sent us an even tougher toy for free. I have now received two boxes and both toys are still going strong. Pepper also loves the treats you get with the toys, they are always natural and things that I am happy to feed him alongside his raw diet. The camel hide chews were a big hit :-)

Excellent service! My message about how to measure my dog for a harness were answered very promptly, the explanation explained very clearly and the harness arrived within about 36 hours! Very impressed! Will definitely be ordering from Barks & Bunnis again.

We order from Michigan, US. The selection is much better for our bum than most US sites. Yes, the shipping is costly, but the quality of the dried greens and toys is so much better than our stores here. Shipping times are very reasonable, and my daughter gets a kick out of the postcards sent to our bunny with the package.

Nice bag . Well made but a little on small side . This is just my opinion others may not agree . Holds my mobile . keys .has section for plenty of poo bags . Would have liked it to be a little bigger to hold a purse . Would recommend this item . Arrived on time .

Ah i am so glad i found you. We have rescue bunnies and i found you by chance. I ordered a wide selection of things and tge bunnys have been so happy. The birch leaves are a hit. They really love the rose petals too. I have mixed them all up in a huge bin and i out a huge handful in with the fresh hay and well never seen them so happy. Its nice to give them natural stuff that they would get in the wild. So thank you so very very much x xx so happy the bynnys are happy that makes us happy
