We tried everything to stop our dog barking alot at night and during the day. Many sleepless nights trying to teach her not to bark at absolutely everything that moves or doesn't. Then a neighbour started complaining. I had heard about these collars from a work colleague who had the same situation so I bought one. It has worked a treat and we haven't had to increase the setting from just vibrating. It has now been 3 weeks and we are all sleeping much better and no more neighbour complaints. Thank you so much for inventing this!

My two dogs barked on and off at construction noise and joined in wirh neighboring dogs however I was the one my neighbors complained about. I wanted to throw it back at them by proving my dogs weren't barking for nothing but also I wanted them to clam down and not worry about outside noises. This Collar works well and it's made very well. Thankyou very much for the quick postage and easy to use website also.

This toy is indestructible! I have a dog who has destroyed everything but Kongs and Zwigs. West Paw products are wonderful - and Bark Control service was also excellent.

Yet to use this product. however included in our order was a pack of replacement filters and a pump for our ceramic pagoda Fountain. So 5 stars above are for these items. Our dog was digging out and due to the height of the fence, could easily have jumped out too. The DogWatch Fence has solved the issue quickly and effectively. The fence was easily installed, and after following the training plan, he no longer tries to approach the flags. He's a mastiff staff ridgeback, but only required Lvl 2 correction on the collar. Thanks guys

My golden retriever had previously figured out the Auto-Adjust levels on the Petsafe Collar (PBC19-10765) so would bark up until the correction he was comfortable with and then would wait for it to reset back to the lowest level. This sport dog collar has been a LIFE SAVER with the programmable correction levels - we currently only have to use level 3 so make sure you follow the instructions to figure out the lowest level that works for your dog. The longer probe attachments for his fluffy coat also makes fitting the collar so easy. Honestly for the extra $60 when compared to our old petsafe collar, this absolutely runs rings around it - better functions, better quality (the collar strap itself is way better than the flimsy fabric one which ended needing to be replaced) and the collar is rechargeable so no need to purchase batteries. Our neighbours are happy and we are stress free!

I wish I had bought this system earlier. It has solved all our problems. I called Bark Control for advice on what system to purchase and it arrived the next day. Easy to install and I like that it beeps when here is an issue. I have a Great Dane and only needed to use level two.
