Always a fun time for my girls when their BarkBox shows up. Never a dull moment lol. And so pleased with the treats every month-they love them & we have a very picky older gal.

Cancellation policy is terrible. I wish to cancel my subscription for the following months as it’s too expensive to keep up.

Dogs love all of the toys and treats with the exception of the teeth cleaning bone, not so much.

The service at BARK exceeds a 5 star!! They are a great company with phenomenal customer service! I was very happy with my experience as far as the customer service. The shipping is on the slow side. I would be charged for the box at the beginning of the month and the items would not arrive until mid-late month. The toys were always very cute but most did not hold up to my super chewer Shepsky. I do LOVE this company though and I would definitely recommend all pet parents to give them a try!!!!!!!!!!!!
