This is one of my favorites, I mix it with coffee in the morning.

I had my surgery May of 2010. I relied on Bariatric Eating for protein and vitamis. I think I got my vitamins from BE but it has been a long time. Can’t really remember if vitamins were offered then but I switched as soon as they were offered. I have always trusted BE. I lost 170 lbs and never regained any, I kept losing. I still drink the protein a couple of times a week because I think it is just a good idea and of course the vitamins are an essential part of staying healthy. Thank you BE!
