Efficient customer service

I have been wearing these bras from this company now for it at least 15 years. Ever since my favorite bra shop in town closed down, but they also sold this brand. I can always find the size the comfort and what I do love most of all is even when it's not right I am able to send it back with no issues from the company whatsoever. I have now almost born these bras for two decades of my life. Love the fact that as a middle-aged woman as a now older woman bear necessities. . . grows with me. There is quite a difference in the UK sizing and the US sizing. . . But they have a wonderful assisted service that helps you through that journey as well. ❣️

Also wish you provided an actual catalog of bras and lingurie (sp). For many of us I'm sure, it is easier to slowly browse through a catalog, choose our favorite item and then order on line. Rather like shopping in a real store - taking our time to find just the right item, with no rush.

you'd think that in the amount of time this company has been running if they make an error in what is shipped to a customer they'd try a little harder to correct it without having the customer jump through so many hoops. I ordered a bikini top, the wrong size was sent. Customer Service was quite rude about it the first time, the second time the representative didn't research what was said and it wasn't correct. That person was nice but what she said didn't work. You'd think with a company this size, the correct product would just be sent since it was their fault. Yeah, no, that didn't happen.

Based on previous purchases and a bra fitting these bras seem too tight. Plus, the hook has something which irritates my skin.

This bra is my favorite new bra. Great support, very pretty. I will get more.
