I swore to not use barber after having a problem with a contaminated disposable grip and getting ghosted by them half way through sorting it out. Now I have just had someone close the live chat chat on me after enquiring about an order I made. was told conflicting Info to how I actually ordered the item and received a confirmation email on the day of the order to boot yet inv says I order otherwise.

Im still waiting for a "next day delivery" 11 days later

Keep getting bug pun needles and tapered needles - third time it’s happened . I couldn’t be bothered to return the needle in last order but definitely annoying and expensive and I’m confused why this keeps happening
