I ordered 3 40mm hollow quartz pillars that arrived smashed which wasn’t a surprise being they were packed in 1 thin layer of bubble wrap then tossed in an envelope! A simpleton would not need a crystal ball to know that they were going to break. Now for almost 3 weeks I’ve been calling, email, message through there site and leaving voice mails without even returning an email. I usually spend a decent amount every month on glass and for some reason I only ordered the pillars and I’m glad for that. Now every month I’ll be spending my $ elsewhere.

Terrible - check email and Instagram. You lost a loyal customer because you stopped caring.

Have this and the mini globstopper and I absolutely love both. No complaints. Amazing quality and helps provide a smooth and enjoyable sesh each time. I will definitely continue to be a customer.

I waited a little while but it was worth the wait

Recieved ours broken. Have tried to reach out to the company but have received no response.

Bummed. Love this company and I wanted to support them. This was a total fail. I tried to order terp tacs over two weeks ago and I still havent recieved my order. Left multiple voicemails and emails trying to communicate with the company about tracking my package and I’ve been SOL. No response. No terp tacs. No update on the tracking website. SUPER Lame!
