The chat does not get back with you even though it says will get back shortly. The customer service support does not respond to several emails. Cannot find contact number to call customer service. Very bad customer service.

I will never order anything from this company again. They didn't fulfill their return policy even though I followed all instructions. A waste of time and money.

Pretty straightforward

I sent an email last week and still have not received a response back. We bought the most expensive sheets you have and they do not come clean. They look terrible! I had stated in my email that I want a full refund but I have not heard anything at all.

We bought out set at the Tucson home show. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. They didn't have our color in stock but we received the sheets sets within a week. Love the sheets and the pillows!

I love my new neck pillow!

I moved to Texas and my daughter was working at the OC fair and ordered them for me over the phone. They shipped to me no problem.

I absolutely love my new bamboo sheets. I finally decided to spend the extra money and give them a try and I am so impressed; they really do work. The only thing that I think would make them more appealing is to offer more colors. I would have preferred a color that matched my bedroom but had to go with white instead. And as for the pillows, I already had some but mine were older and didn't have the option of removing some of the insides. I am trying to convince my son it is time to get rid of his ancient foam rubber pillow. I love them! Now how about manufacturing some kind of comforter?

I had a great experience purchasing the sheets, bamboo viscus microfiber queen sheet set. But, the top sheet is just big enough to lay on-top of the mattress and tooo small to be tucked in,leaving the sheets either off the bed by morning or in a pile under comfort down by the footboard. I only washed them twice and the fitted sheet is getting the lint balls on it. I would say the fitted sheet is the best I have seen. The pillows are the star of the show. Overall I'm not that impressed for the amount that I paid, they do not feel like the same sheets the representative showed us at the homeshow.

I ordered two 1lb. bags of shredded memory foam, and received two 8oz. bags. I emeiled customer service, and was pleasant surprised to receive a reply within a couple of days. They promptly corrected the problem by sending me two more bags at no charge. I sincerely hope that this was an honest mistake, rather than an attempt to deceive their customers
