Shipping with UPS is not a good choice. We received our package 2 days later the expected delivery day. They came earlier than the time they said they would come and they expected us to be there when they deliver the package. It said on their website that our package would be sent to Staple and be available for pickup the next business day BUT IT DIDN'T. I had to come back the 2nd day to get it.

Good shipping return policy, although imposing a restocking fee is not favorable.
