The device works ok, but one of the tabs that hold the blades in broke during the first change. Now the blade does not stay in by itself, i have to rig it by put something under the blade to hold it. I don’t Lionel to make bad reviews, but for the cost of it … just one tiny piece of plastic holds the blade in place so be careful.

Wow what a great company so quick to respond and go over and beyond what I expected. I ordered new blade refills, But apparently the part that holds the blades had been updated since my original so I reached out because didn't know why my blades were loose. They explained and sent a new top for my blade holder. Again sorry if I missed that, But thank you for your awesome service. "Ronny Bolding " what a great team and company. I order a pack of blades for my handle. But now these do not stay in like my originals did. They are very loose and will cut myself . Not like the originals maybe the company has changes products

I have a bakblade 2.0. I purchased it when it originally came out. I was satisfied with the product until I ran into a problem. I ran out of razors, ordered more 2.0 razor refills. They did not fit my unit. Bakblade explanied they redesigned the unit and it has new razors. My question is, well why are you still calling it a 2.0? My 2.0 doesn't work with those 2.0 razors. There was no response to this question. So to me, that's absolute false advertising. Bakblade offered me a 30% discount that would be reflected on my final order. I needed to purchase it at full price first though, and then they would retroactively discount the purchase. That still has not happened. Finally, the online payment method I used mistakenly populated my parents address two states away for the delivery address, and I didn't catch it in time. Reached out to Customer Service immediately. 24/7 responsiveness is promissed on their website, and because there is no actual phone number provided anywhere for contact information, multiple emails went out to every touch point I had at Bakblade explaning what happened. ZERO responses, delivery shipped out to the wrong address. The product at least used to work for me, but the company clearly does not, nor do they care about their client base. They just want your money, and then they want you to go away. I will never buy from them again, it's not worth it. Misleading and dishonest every step of the way so far. If that changes, I will change my review. Until then, this has been my experience with this company and their products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I can't believe how lousy this product works. I bought the Confidence Kit and I'm thoroughly disappointed. Don't waste your money.

I purchased a trimmer less than a year ago and it just quit. I reached out to see if there was something I did or if it could be fixed. Without hesitation Bakblade service offered to send a replacement free of charge. They completely stand behind their product. Something rare these days.

This is an amazing product that works better than advertised. The replacement blades work well and I've had mine for several years with no issues. Great company with excellent customer service.

First and foremost, the BakBlade does exactly what it is supposed to do. It gives you a close shave with a long enough handle that reaches everywhere you need to reach. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. My original BakBlade dropped from its hanger in my shower and was irreparably damaged. The blade was 2+ years old at the time but I took a chance and contacted the company. I provided them my original order number from Amazon and told them what happened. To my pleasant surprise they offered to send a replacement free of charge. No questions asked. This is the type of company that I want to do business with and I will continue to sing their praises. Great product and great customer experience!

You sent me to small a blade. I needed the longer one to go with my handle. I won’t return it because I don’t have the time but will never order again from you again. I will find another company
