My dog doesn’t like the flavor… and will not eat them.

Ordering was simple as products are clearly explained. I received my order in short time and the product presented as advertised. I have been a customer of Bailey's products for several years and never had an issue. I have no doubt that the calming chews and probiotic, anti itch chews I ordered are of top quality. HOWEVER, this is the first time my dogs didn't like the eatables! None of the 4 dogs would eat them.

Always a great experience and best prices. My pup loves the flavoring for his itchy medicine.

shipping was slow tracking showed it did not leave the warehouse for a week. emailed customer service reply stated they would get back to me in 1 to 2 days still no reply after a week. I called customer rep. she said would get back to me after thanksgiving still no reply so customer service does not follow through with what they say. Items did show up a week and half later . when if I remember it stated shipping would take 2 to 3 days.
