Badlands has been wonderful. I have been with you since your first dog food came out. Not sure if this is the right place to say this but your website for placing orders or changing your orders on your dog food for your VIPs could use some help you cannot add new dog foods to your VIP orders. You can add bags of existing dog food on your current orders and you can take bags away, but you cannot add new flavors. You have to cancel your whole account and start over. And today’s day and age with technology that is very foolish. It is hard for Badlands Ranch to keep track of how long a VIP has been with them and exactly how much food they order. If you are always opening new accounts because you would like a different flavor of dog food it also makes it hard for the VIP. I wish someone would look into that thank you.
