I placed 2 orders back to back with 2 separate shipping charges. Badass beard were nice enough to combine the orders and refund one of the shipping charges. The order went out the following day. When it arrived one bottle of shampoo was missing so I telephoned them, and they immediately shipped out the missing shampoo. This is a top notched company with great products and fantastic customer service.
