Shipping took the normal amount of time and it arrived in a beautiful box along with a personalized card with my name on it and a sample bag of tea. I've ordered from this shop several times before and I will continue to do so.

The only issue we had was the bottle was leaking due to heat. Once we got the product in we just let it set for 24 hours and it everything was fine.
