This is the second time I've ordered a backdrop. I expanded my booth from 10 to 20 ft. That means I had to extend the existing graphic to encompass the new. They helped me with the art work and it matched seamlessly. The new backdrop cover unzips from the bottom instead of the side making it a lot easier to install by your self. They met my deadline and did what they said. you don't get that very often these days.

Ryan and Andrew provided excellent support for our exhibit solutions. They took the time to understand our needs and equipped us with the knowledge for a successful setup. Their responsiveness and quick shipping ensured a smooth experience.

Good service. Not so good quality (fabric mostly) on podium. It tore on ous. I will file a claim separately. 3. 5 star rating in the end on the quality of the backdrop, podium + hard case, and broadcast stand.

Rarely do products like these live up to the marketing hype, but this one is even better than promised. It's well constructed, well printed, and intuitive to set up.
