After our hand-me-down Uniden monitor finally broke, I spent SO LONG looking for a monitor that was not overpriced, camera could be moved from the parent monitor, was NOT wifi based, and didn't seem likely (from reviews or dodgy branding) to break after a year. This one has ticked all the boxes and more! Would happily recommend to anyone.

I initially placed an incorrect order and also needed a replacement for a faulty unit. The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout — they handled both the refund and replacement efficiently. I felt very well supported.

Easy to set up. Stable connection. Image quality amazing. Vox very sensitive. Parent unit is easy to use. Wish the volume could be louder. Overall good value for money.

Great customer service, we first used the monitor a few months after we received it to find one of the cameras weren’t working. Babysense had a new one at our doorstep 2 days later even though our monitor was out of its warranty period.

Not only are the cameras fantastic, So is the customer service.

The products that I have bought from Babysense have been used every day and they have been fantastic, although recently developed an electrical fault, which we were concerned about. So I reached out to the team at BabySense and Sean from customer service responded quickly and diligently to inquire how they could help. He organised a replacement set to be shipped within 24 hours, so that the ones that were faulty could be returned when we had something in place. The company organised a refund to cover the cost of the packaging and returns and so I am not out of pocket and I have replacement monitors to continue to use as my children grow. If only every company had a customer service representative and team like this then the world would be a much happier place; I’ve been left feeling acknowledged, listened to and supported throughout this process. Thank you so much. Especially to Sean.
