We were recommended these by friends with two kids. They’re great - high resolution in the dark, comprehensive visuals once you mount it, and I was impressed by how accurate the temp sensor seems to be. Really appreciate that they do not use WiFi for safety and for traveling. They worked well in our small home, but we noticed that the signal would cut out or disconnect completely when we moved not even 100 feet away. When I brought this issue to babysense, they asked for a video to show the problem and then promptly sent a new monitor, which works perfectly. Happy with the product and customer service.

Amazing customer service! I had a replacement cord sent out to me before I even checked my email the next morning to see if my customer service ticket had been answered. Especially impressive since it was sent on a Sunday night. So easy and would absolutely reccomend babysense to my friends and family!

Customer service is incredible.

The screen and picture are clear the option to scan and VOX options are really helpful we love this product and it's our second babysense monitor. The monitor charge is good and the set up is super easy. It would be better if the night light option was in the settings as it is easy to accidentally press . Also, the screen even on the lowest setting is bright. It could be even better if there was a very dim mode. These are nit picking comments on what is a great product.

I was loving the dreamer speaker/night light until today when it suddenly stopped working. I tried the reset button, but the speaker seems blown and the temp gauge is reporting very inaccurate temps.

We've had this monitor for 4 years. We love it. Perfect for our 3 kids/3 rooms. What I like most about babysense though is their customer service! They are always incredibly helpful, respond quickly and always get my problems resolved. Would highly recommend!

This baby monitor has been exactly as expected! We received it as a baby shower gift before our baby was born. I love that it has capabilities to hook up to an additional 3 cameras if ever needed. We use the white noise machine & the music setting on it constantly because our white noise machine (dream egg) dies frequently. We love the night vision mode at night, and regular vision during the day. The babysense customer service has been amazing and super responsive . The only problem we’ve had is our antenna snapped-off & we were sent a new one no more than 24 hours after our claim was sent in.
