Absolutely outstanding customer service! I was gifted a second-hand Alfie bassinet but it didn’t come with a travel bag. The Baby Rest team quickly helped me purchase one, but when I realized the shipping cost was too expensive, they went above and beyond by arranging for their representative to deliver it to my home at no extra cost. I only paid for the bag itself! Such a thoughtful gesture that truly exceeded my expectations and shows how much they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Baby Rest in a future !

Bought the Alfie 2 at the Melbourne PBC Expo. The staff were fantastic and answered all my questions, shipping was quick and its also the easiest thing to put together!!

Cheryl took great care of us and gave us advice we needed. So easy to get along with - great experience! Thanks Cheryl !

The Babyrest Celeste Nursery Chair has been one of my most favourite items since having a baby. As a new mum, comfort and support were non negotiable, especially during those long feeding sessions and postpartum recovery, and this chair has exceeded all expectations. The cushioning is incredibly supportive, making it comfortable to sit in for extended periods without any aches or discomfort. I especially love the smooth reclining function, which is perfect for relaxing while feeding or settling bub. The gentle rocking motion is soothing for both baby and parent, and the swivel feature makes it easy to move around without getting up. One of my favourite features is the built-in USB charging port, allowing me to keep my phone charged during those endless feeds and contact naps. It's such a thoughtful addition that makes a real difference in everyday use. It has become my favourite spot in the house, and I couldn't recommend it more highly for any parent creating their nursery.

I bought the Kaya Cot and chest at the Baby Expo, I love it so much, thank you!

Love, love, love Babyrest! 🥰

Beautiful high quality Juno Cot and even better customer service from Cheryl!

Great service amazing stuff

Super Quick and the online store is easy to navigate

Terrible delivery service. My daughter-in-law is still waiting for the product. I would not order direct again because it has been such a hassle getting the product delivered in a reasonable time frame.

Looks greT

Beautiful basinet and bedside sleeper. The assembly out of the box was easy and straight forward. I love the drop down side and the wheels to easily transport to the loungeroom during the day. It’s very well made and looks absolutely stunning. The best part of the mattress which exceeds Australian standards for o2 rebreathing.

.

Really impressed by the service and quality of baby rest! Can’t speak highly enough. Recommending to all my pregnant friends organising their nurseries!

Cherryl Hooker was amazing - very helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time Mum she was able to take me through what products I needed and also ensured that the order was very cost competitive. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was courteous and professional. Products are of high quality and were easy to put together. All round a wonderful experience.

Easy and fast delivery service well done

Excellent service, very helpful team and provided option sent it overseas. My niece is very happy with theAlfie Bedside Bassinet. Greatly appreciate the A team.

Delivery took a long time and the shipping fee was quite expensive. Would have preferred next day shipping for that cost, especially since the delivery was just to metro Melbourne
