I cannot stop recommending this machine to every pregnant mama I see. This got me through 27 hours of unmedicated labour. I ended up being able to have the water birth I desperately wanted. If I hadn’t had this machine I am sure I would have needed an epidural or other pain relief that would have prevented me from having a water birth. It is worth its weight in gold. The hiring process was very straight forward and easy to return.

Excellent except they never responded to our request for help with a new return address label for lost jiffy bag.

Overall really good and affordable service. The communication could improve to support customers and their questions.

This machine got me through contractions until birth without epidural. It was of great help and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering hiring it. The distraction it gave me during the hardest contractions was good, however it’s important to note that I have a high pain threshold and during the hardest contractions this machine was clearly not enough even though I did go through it. Overall highly recommend!

Great machine

Really easy to use. The hiring of this device was so simple to do. Definitely helped in early stages of labour. I only used tens and then gas and air! Second time I've hired from babycare tens and would absolutely recommend to anyone needing to hire. 10/10
