Shipping and service were easy breezy. Delivery on time and returns clear, also the hire is very reasonable. I’d use again for sure!

Highly recommend, fast delivery. My partner were so happy to use it.

Great

Excellent service

Shipping and returns were quick and simple to follow

I got to 10cm with a TENS machine, paracetamol and codeine and gas and air

Shipping and purchasing was straightforward, I liked thar batteries were included so the device was ready to use. No need to create account or anything, simple instructions and the machine helped tremendously.

Doesn’t work

Simple, fantastic

Timely delivery and easy free return. Personally I ended up not needing it.

Dreadful

Shipping was quick but items dont work

Seamless easy no fuss service

Great!

Tens machine really helped during labour contractions, easy to use and simple hire service

Effectively helped dull early contractions. Easy to set up with clear instructions. Bundle came with everything we needed. Easy delivery and returns process.

Absolutely brilliant. Helped me have unmedicated labour. Easy to return.

This was perfect for what we wanted - hire to use during labour. I’d hire from babycaretens again! Hiring, shipping and returns process was very easy and device worked well

Great service that I’ve used twice now. Would recommend!

Shipping was quick. Returning it felt tricky as the free postage does not have any tracking.
