There was an error with my address and I appreciated that you guys reached out promptly via email to clarify. I love that I wasn't directed to a bot or some automated system, I spoke to actual BabyBoo employees who demonstrated a strong duty of care with my order and ensuring it gets to the right address. The company's delivery updates while my order was in transit also made me less anxious about getting my dress which I'll be wearing as part of my cousin's bridal party this Summer.
