Great product and wonderful service

Awesome fabric it feels great on and I love the cut. Bought a shirt, an Hempru Gillet and a waistcoat. Excellent branding, mission and most importantly I love the cut of Charlie’s Jib, hussle on! Customer service is first class too. What’s not to love? Will be back for more colours.

I’ve emailed 3 times and messaged on instagram regarding the return of the shirt I purchased as it was too small, I have had no response. I was conscious to get it sorted before the 14 day return period which has ended. I am deeply unimpressed with this level of service, I expected better
