Shipping was fast and the service was great.

No problem with the order received good box was in good shape. My only complaint is that the bag that holds the compressor in needs to be bigger so we can add maybe an extra hose or other tools.

We had a small issue on arrival, and Idan went above and beyond all expectations to make sure it was taken care of. Initial impressions on the tent are great. Quick and easy setup, packs fairly small for the size and I was easily able to get it back into the bag. The metal poles are probably some of the heaviest-duty I have ever seen on a camping tent, I foresee them outlasting me. This should be a great tent for many years.
