Well I think it helps, first time I used it I was unsure as I didn’t feel great the next day but then went away for the weekend and used them everyday for 3 days and didn’t once feel to bad, so I’m going to stick with them and see what happens next time. Probably would have given them 5 stars if I had used them for the first time on my weekend away
