When I started to look into getting Solar. I said that I will talk to five solar company. So I set up five appointment one a day for a week. So I would not forget information that I receive from one company the day before. I was in sales for over 20 years. Just wanted to see who new there product and who was just trying to get a sale. After the five interview. The sales rep from Arizona solar waive he new his product. Wasn't just trying to get a sale he let the information he talk about make the sale for him. Elliot was a true professional !!!!

I checked into solar several times over the years but wasn't willing to risk damage to my roof for less than $100 net savings per month. This year I checked a few companies and AZ Solar Wave was almost $20K less expensive than the other company I was considering. That's right $20,000 less. I had read on many reviews for many companies that people had to wait really long times to get on the grid after initial install, some paying their solar loans for 6 months or more before seeing any gains from solar. I also was expecting my solar to take a long time for install simply because the supply chain is so jacked up. Not so. My system was fully installed and on the grid in right around 60 days. I was seeing the benefits from solar for 2 months before my first payment. The initial sales guy and Brad (who managed the installation) were both very knowledgeable and patient. I'm a numbers person and they didn't bore me with a lot of stuff I already knew. They ran different numbers for me using various parameters, and I really understood what I was getting and why and what the expected return would be. I also was impressed by the financing they offered. The federal rebate is significant, and they arranged financing that automatically refinances after that rebate is received and sunk back into the loan. So, you don't have to pay interest on the rebate part for the life of the loan. And the interest rate was quite low. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I'm 2 months in now and am already seeing really significant savings. On my first bill (which was partial solar) I saved about $75. My second bill looks like it will be about $150 less than last year's at this time. Brad really helped us figure out where the sweet spot for savings would be and things we could do to reduce our reliance on electricity - further bringing down our costs, like doing laundry off-peak and switching our pool pump to a variable one. Managing the early evening hours is our biggest challenge, but...

He spent no less than 2 hours with us during our first consultation. All of our questions were answered thoroughly with proposal modification done on the fly to model out different scenarios. He also explained the tax credit very concisely. Something to be sure that's understood before making the investment. The warranty coverages provided are very straightforward, unlike other companies who use a third party provider. Highly suggest reading all fine print. One company uses a third party that assumes ownership of any parts requiring replacement. Even the sales representative of this company was not aware of this fine print. Once we decided to move forward with AZ Solar Wave, our experience was seamless. Other than our consultation, only interaction was with Brad, the installation team, and the gentleman who turned on the system. No 3rd parties, no dealing with SRP, they handled it all. The installation crew worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with placement of all conduit, while remaining within code. I had several requests on conduit routing and they were more than accommodating. Once we were up and running, Brad made sure we understood how to best manage our demand so that we could maximize our system from day one. I was very skeptical at the outset of our solar journey. My wife and I checked several Solar companies prior to gong with Arizona Solar Wave. From the beginning i knew this was going to be the right one. During our in person quote Brad was fantastic. he explained every aspect of the products and installation. he also covered the federal and state rebates associated with Solar. Brad Covered leasing, financing and purchase. when went with purchase because we saved some on the overall price doing that. from date of signing the contract to making our own power took only 45 days. I received estimates from several companies. AZ Solar Wave was a breath of fresh air. They explained everything and answered all my questions, used engineers to design the most efficient panel placements and there were no gimmicks. Very satisfied with this company. Just completed installing a commercial system at our church in downtown Mesa. They explained the process and installed the entire system quickly. They were patient with all questions and made several visits to make sure everything was right. I would certainly use them again.

They submitted everything to SRP for to get service. It is not like buying a car. once you agree of what you want it takes time took the whole process from start to finish took a little over 2 months. once SRP approved install system was installed a couple of days later. Job was done in 1 day and done well. Panels looked good Install Inverter good and since i have paint from when house was painted they even painted the conduit and connect box to match house Very well done. Then wait fir SRP again. Within two weeks SRP and Solar wave tech showed up and turned on system No problems. Been using system for a month now been working as expected. Did have one panel drop out after install and called service they cam out the next day to look at system found Power Optimiser was bad. Did not have one with him so said would be out the next workday as it was a friday the next work day was monday. He showed up monday and replaced optimiser and all panels are work and still working. Since problem was not a down system just one panel waiting a weekend was not big deal. I am sure if the whole system was down they would have been quicker on fixing it. So far I am very pleased with system it is performing as I expected to size. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a Solar System.
