The case I bought broke rather quickly for my flip phone 7 but I was sent a new one at no cost to me, thank you so much for fixing the faulty product. I'm very happy with the integrity of this company, and the employee I spoke with was very kind.

I requested a replacement screen saver as the original lifted and would not reattach properly. Service was great and I received a new one within a few days. Well done!

Not even a one star. Sucks! My messages were responded to but I have a full warranty case and you have yet to send me a replacement. What is going on? So disappointed!
