Some complications with the freight company but Tony did the best he could to rectify their delays and their bad communication. The Dispenser was well packed and arrived in good order. This Dispenser replaced one that we had for 15 years so we can attest to longevity of machines. Love drinking the purified water.

Disappointed. Poor communication in WA. Purchased new Dispenser online. No information about delivery time-frame, until courier contacted me (3 days after I ordered and paid) to say that item could not be collected when they went to pick-up point. No idea what is going on or when item will be collected or delivered. No response to email query about this. Regretting buying item.
