I’ve ordered from them for over 13 Years! Excellent gloves but this time we ordered 2 pairs and after 2 weeks still not shipped. Trevor Replied quickly to my inquiry saying they will look into it. Now ghosting me - 2 other emails have gone un-replied. Great way to treat your loyal clients! Extremely disappointed

This company has the worst customer service. I will never order from them again. Trying to do a return for months. They don’t even provide the correct address for return or respond to emails. Also their phone number is some random persons personal number. If I could give negative stars I would!

2 emails inquiries for our order AVI-24655-1, 2 customer service contacts online, 2 phone calls - we have received no response for 2 weeks. Very disappointed. This was a well trusted company as per the reviews and online presence. Just don't understand what happened here. I will have to go through my credit card to dispute the charges now and buy somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER anything from Aviata. They use to be good, but past several orders have been nothing but headaches. They have no customer support phone number and don’t feel it necessary to reply to customer emails. My experience. Order placed over 10 days ago, status says shipped next day but tracking says only label created. Called USPS they said they haven’t received item from merchant (yet Aviata charges me the day order was placed). Sent at least 5 emails to Aviata for a 5-6 day span, yet not a single response. Ultimately has to dispute transaction with back. If could give negative stars I would - and worse was a customer of Aviata for years.

I have bought many different types of gloves from aviata, from the yeti’s to the fire and ice’s. Only thing I could say is wrong with them is the fingers being tight in the glove. I think a style like that would be amazing, but keep doing what you guys do best, love the brand.
