First purchase with them, it will definitely be my last. I was disappointed when I reached out to customer service to have a $11 postage return fee waived as I wanted to swap the item size. I paid full price for the product, minus a small welcome discount which made the item total $85 + postage instead of $93 + postage. Days later they advertised they were going to have a sale for $66 and that’s why I asked if they would kindly waive the $11 return fee which they said would not be waived.

As it was marketed towards mostly women you would think the sizing would be on par with regular women’s sizing. The pants are FAR too long for a small. . they would genuinely be a ‘normal’ length on my bf and his 6’2 like they are WAY too long. I also wanted to return this set for a smaller size and wasn’t able too cause there wasn’t any in stock and was only offered a store credit? I find that to be very poor customer service. I feel as through there should be a back log for customers wanting to exchange considering there is no restock in this style.
