Hi Kameron, I just want to say a huge thank you for giving me an opportunity to attend. I know that I am in a low place right now, but the energy was contagious and everyone there was sharing a common goal. I had so much support and helpful advice, I just couldn't believe the kindness and caring in the room. I have gone to a lot of seminars in my time but this one was just amazing and gave me hope. I was extremely tired on Sunday, but I have to say I felt lost. I wanted more. More of the people, more of the atmosphere. and most importantly more of the knowledge. I want to change Kam and I really hope that this is the start to new beginnings for me. I have been eating more greens, have changed and uped some of my supplements and I tried to make a cake and dessert for my nephew's birthday using no refined sugar. I even reached out to Kristin for her help with this. I just need a little more guidance and help and I think I could really do great. As far as the meal, the salad and the dessert were really good, but the frozen lasagna was a little challenge. Anyway, thanks again to you because without your generosity I would not have been able to be there and also Colin for buying the ticket. I need to get feeling better so I can get back to work. I would definitely want to do this again!!
