It help me to breathe but the blood flow to my legs and angle edema because of slant, therefore I gave to my neighbor.

I got the King size 5 inch, which is actually 2 Twin Xls. We have a metal platform bed with no foot board, and so I was worried both the elevator and the mattress would end up sliding toward our feet. Happy to report that it hasn't moved at all. Great, stable product that works as intended and keep the head slightly elevated without affecting the mattress.

My Mom had been using an incline pillow for acid reflux but was not doing the job. We placed 3” lifts under her headboard and all symptoms went away. We ordered the incline pad and removed the bed lifts. It works well and still no burning sensations!

The wedge is exactly as described on line. It feels good.

Nice materials make for a comfortable wedge. Does not work if you try to sleep on your side.

I ordered this elevator and a cover for my spouse who has sleep apnea, and it has worked great.

Delivery was prompt, product of good quality and perfect size for our queen mattress. Lower score as it unfortunately has done nothing for my heartburn at night.

I've only had my mattress for one week but, it is comfortable & my sleep has improved. Unfortunately, for my personal condition I believe I may still need to purchase a wedge pillow too. Also, since I own probably the cheapest & worst mattress & box spring, I have place the Avana mattress on top of my original mattress rather than below it. The softer foam of the Avana mattress seems to make a big difference.

I ordered the product and paid for overnight delivery. My husband was being released from the hospital after heart surgery. I actually spoke with an agent who assured me the product would ship that same day . Unfortunately it did not ship as I was told and did not arrive. The company did reimburse for the shipping but this was quite disappointing.

This mattress helps reduce my urge to sleep on my stomach. It promotes great sleep on your back. Less inflammation in the face when you wake up. I feel rested in the morning. Adding a weighted blanket may help too.

Have had a couple months. Took time to adjust but has mostly solved reflux while sleeping. Can sleep on back and not wake up in pain. Makes bed harder to get into, will get step stool as worth it to solve sleeping issues I had prior.

Highly adjustable/configurable for multiple positions and different body types. But I found this pricey foam kit too hard for prolong usage. The design of the Avana 4 piece support pillow set is spot on. The two piece back scoop and scoop rest allows you to change the position from very upright to nearly laying very easily. But the underlying materials are too firm. For me (5’-9”, 145lbs) I found that the surface of the pillow is quite stiff and becomes uncomfortable. They tried to address this problem with an addition of a 1” memory foam face but that just isn’t enough. Similar to if you tried to use a 1” thick bed pillow to comfort your head at night. That’s why pillows are so much thicker to cradle the body. The foam below the memory foam is pretty dense to keep its shape and it does not conform to the body. The head pillow really suffers from this problem and I end up using a regular bed pillow. I found the cover to be soft and the best feature of this set. Long term, I may try to visit an upholstery shop and have a custom foam cut (same profile to fit in existing cover) with 2-3” of soft facing foam, in order to solve the stiffness problem. Lastly is price. At the time of this writing the Avana Kind 4 piece bed support system was priced at $180; for $20 worth of foam and covers. Still the design is well done. I would rate it a “C” About my rating: 5 stars – Exceeds all expectations. Better than the competition in all aspects, design, cost, operation, and support (A+). 4 stars – Nicely done. Better than the competition and solves the problem. (B) 3 stars – Works as expected. Has some shortcomings but gets the job done. Might be short in design, cost, longevity, or support. (C). 2 stars – Falls short of expectations and needs improvement. Pass and look elsewhere. (D) 1 star – Fails miserably. Does not get the job done, might even make things worse. Someone at the company should be fired. (F)

Wonderfully comfortable—but bulky. Its four parts have to be put somewhere when one is ready to sleep. Pesky.
