Ok so it started a little negatively at first. What happened was this was my first time ordering from Authentic Kratom and it started fine. I was originally looking to purchase a kilo of powder and i ran across this site. It looked promising and while they didn’t have a kilo they had a sale going on of buy 2 get one free on any purchase of powder or capsules, ok so i browsed and came across the powders and it was showing 5oz packages on the page for prices between $10-16 each. I did the math and it ended up totally around the same as sone other places i found for a kilo. So i placed my order and all went smoothly until the kratom arrived. Well let’s just say i was a but upset when I received 1oz bags and not 5. I went and double checked my order and site and none of it stated the actual size of the packs but the picture clearly showed 5oz packs. Well I thought i was getting ripped of and the site was a scam but to my surprise customer service replied to my email very quickly! I told the lady what the situation was and she was very understanding and said she would take with her boss and get back to me. Not long after I got s reply from i suspect was a manager or owner and he taled with me about the situation and admitted it was an oversight on the update and apologized for the error but he could not give me weed what i originally expected. I understood that situation and viewing the product it was definitely on a higher standard than all others i have seen from the package quality, the label, and the power itself. He offered to send me a packing slip of i wanted to return it. I thought about it and asked if he wiuld be willing to just add 2oz for the mix up as that was still a pound less total than initial thought and I would keep it and even purchase another strand of Kratom to try as well since their customer service was very good.
