I must say my experience with this seller was an amazing one. I ordered this book for my sister's wedding gift and sadly, my package got lost. I reached out to amazon and did all my check but just could not locate it. I reached out directly to The Adventure Company and explained my story. Not only were they apologetic about my lost package, but they also solved the problem! and without delays. My package was re-shipped to me directly from the seller and I received it really fast. I love the professionalism of their service, and I am truly happy that honest and understanding companies are still in operations. I will certainly be doing business again with them and I have already been advertising this awesome book. Thanks again

Some of my order didn’t arrive but customer service has been amazing. As soon as I let them know, they reshipped the missing items and checked in via email to make sure I got them. So grateful. What a fun project to liven things up.

Great, quick, customer service! I was having trouble with a QR code in one of the books and emailed support from their website. Within the hour I had an answer and the help I needed.

I made an error with shipping information, and when I reached out to the company, they were quick to respond and fix my mistake. A replacement delivery was made in a timely manner and my partner was thrilled to receive the gift in time for Valentine’s Day still.
