5 days after placing the order I emailed to ask about delivery, since the website states that it should arrive in 72'hours or it's free. I was told it had been lost in the post, and that there was no more in stock. After many emails and 15 days an alternative was finally delivered. I had been relying on fast delivery in order to get a piece in an exhibition. The 72 hours or free claim was not honoured. Emails typically took 3 days to be answered.

Great customer service, quick response, and fast delivery.

Straight out of its vacuum sealed packaging into an S5 I encountered multiple breaks of the filament inside the bowden tube. Material is too brittle. Snaps when you try to straighten it from the reel. I will try heating it in an oven to soften it before use but I wouldn't buy this stuff again.

Was a good deal

Great communication, competitive price and being based in Australia is a big plus for me.

Alles in Ordnung,

Poor experience with faulty cables sent by post. Promised several times by phone that working replacements would be sent, but they never were. Will not be purchasing from this store again.

Excellent product so far! Cover arrived quickly exactly as ordered.

I called them to check the status of my order as it was still pending after a few days. After that they shipped it quickly

Great service

Fast response and delivery

I had a small hiccup with paying on my laptop, but honestly my work network may have been blocking a payment service. When I got home, I tried on my desktop and had a discount in my email which was greatly appreciated. Shipping was very reasonable seeing as it came from Australia to the US East Coast

Fantastic service and great range of products.

:(

Very helpful & professional. Many thanks for returning all my emails! Christine

Shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. It came from Australia, clear to Utah.

Good product, prompt service.

Fast delivery.

Fantastic service. There was a small issue with my delivery, but Austic had it covered and my work was not impacted. Great job team.

Good product, Excellent communication and fast post
