I'm sure it's the fault of the post office, but I messaged someone last week to get tracking information. Pulled it up and it says it was in Memphis on the 15th of March. Today is the 23rd and tracking information still says in Memphis. Post office says it hasn't had a physical scan and doesn't know where it is. I messaged audimidwest first thing the morning of the 23rd to see if anyone could help. I was told someone would be reaching out, but I've yet to hear from anyone and it's now after midnight on the 24th. Any help would be appreciated.

I replaced/repaired the subframes of my 2015 Audi Q5 TDI after a road hazard accident utilizing a combination of good used parts and new parts from quality aftermarket sources and Audi. I went genuine new Audi particularly for single-use fasteners, a DEF pump, and body covers not available elsewhere. audimidwest. com has the best prices I've found and reasonable delivery fees. At times I utilized the electronic parts manual at Audi of Des Moines since at times it was more intuitive to identify parts but would order from Audimidwest. The site occasionally loses track of the contents of the "cart" and prompts the user to finish the purchase of parts that are no longer there. Shipping charge discounts are provided if one is patient. I don't care for the $15 fee to pick up parts at the site's home dealer, Audi of Omaha but at least they allow returns to be dropped off there as a no-fee option. Seems every Audi dealer has a different parts system for some reason but I've found audimidwest can get the right parts at the best prices if strategically purchased (mindful of shipping charges). They do a good job of confirming correct parts by VIN before delivering in cases where the online parts manual may be vague.

One area for improvement ship product same day of order. Both orders have taken 2 to 3 days to ship

Best prices I found online for Audi OEM parts. Shipping was reasonable, though it took several days to arrive. The filters, which are easily crushed, were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I was totally satisfied.

I have ordered twice from Audi Midwest. Products delivered as ordered however seems like it takes 2 to 4 days after order to ship. Not sure why the parts team cannot ship next day if the parts are in stock.
