I love luxury toilet paper but why use it when you can make do with one, slightly less luxurious which is climate change friendly? It’s still bum-friendly too. That’s why I use it - support a great cause.

I have not given any thought to your TP being soft or the rolls being extra long. What I like, and why I use "who gives a crap" is the philosophy behind it and the ease of ordering and/or rescheduling online.

Love WGAC products. Have been a TP subscriber for several years now (and such a relief during the covid TP crisis!) WGAC products are wonderful, ethical and great quality. We've recently explored the new bin bag and dog poo bag range and will be adding these to our regular subscription. Highly recommend that you give a crap too! Its worth it!!

Your products are great, but your purchasing interface is impenetrable. I have recurring orders but if I want to make one off purchase, it’s practically impossible. I had to entiurely cancel my subscription to be able to do it.

WGAC makes a boring but essential product fun, guilt free and easy. What surprises me is that although I feel that they could have (and perhaps should !?!) expand into more products than they currently have, the products they do have are always reliable, although not the cheapest I appreciate that WCAG operate as a not for profit and the fact that their prices have not changed much at all over the last few years, is a credit to the team at WGAC. Only constructive feedback: If possible, I would change your SEO key words so that "WGAC" comes up as you guys and not the West Gippsland Arts Centre haha! (I mean good for them though lol) And lastly, I know it is important and every business does it, but please stop bombarding us with emails, maybe 1 a fortnight, instead of 1 a day haha! In general though LOVE LOVE LOVE your products and PLEASE EXPAND TO BULK ECO CLEANING AND PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS! Thanks ❤️

The sense of humour and the ethics got me in but the convenience and the reliability kept me buying their product. And I am impressed when see other homes and restaurants that use these products too.
