The website was easy to use and self-explanatory. The videos provided an idea of the live colors of different products, including the Solo Stove Bonfire, which I love very much! Thank you for everything.

In my experiences with the customer service team at Solo Stove, they have been some of the best I have ever dealt with. I use my stove a lot and when I came time to replace the grate in it and the spark guard, new parts were in my hands in less than a week, that’s saying something since I live in Alaska!!

We’ve had our solo stove for 4+- years and the straps started to come unstitched. So all we had to do was send a picture and they replaced it NO QUESTIONS ASKED! When they say lifetime warranty, they aren’t kidding! This is the BEST pit we’ve ever owned! Nothing compares!! HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Solo Stove! You can’t go wrong!!!

Accidentally ordered 2 Solo Stoves. The return process was painless! The stove is mostly smokeless and generates tons of heat. So glad we got the Canyon to keep us toasty even when it’s cold oldside!

We have had the Ranger for a few years now. Love it but full logs would need to be cut down to get them into the Ranger. Just bought the Canyon and WOW. What a difference. I Like the removable inserts for easy cleaning. Bought the Surround as well and both together make a great look
