Quick shipping and nice packaging

Return policies are terrible for an online only store. Managed to get a refund but when it went through CSB took $5 from my refunded amount. I personally feel if you are going to be online only you really need a great returns policy, not store credits. Plus, the products are not cheap…. CSB should hope for their customers to be happy with their garments
