I have ordered over half-dozen Rumpls, and intend to order plenty more. They are PERFECT gifts. This particular purchasing experience was only 3star, though, because I was unable to use my Rewards Discount in conjunction with the current sale going on -- this was discouraging. Shipping was also slow this time around, and took more than a week longer than usual.

I can get the same product on REI’s website with no $15 handling fee for returns. I do not plan on buying any other products from Rumpl.com.
