I always love Innisfree’s Essential Hair Oil Serum. I bought this product for many years now. The fragrance, the impact on my hair never fails. Love it!

Very fast delivery and well packaged

Super fast delivery & i loved the samples!

Ordering process was very easy and on-time delivery. Although I totally missed applying the rewards points to get $5. 88 discount for my order because it was my first time ordering through your website! It would have been great if this was automatically applied, or there's a pop-up to notify us about using rewards points.

My order arrived quickly and was packaged well

Shipping was fast. All in all a great product.

Amazing skincare, always have good results.

Amazing

Very smooth and only need very little. Love it

The customer service team of Innisfree Australia is very helpful and professional. Once I made a mistake on the discount code when making an online purchase. Immediately, I sent them an email explaining the error. The customer service team responded very promptly and honour the discount that was originally extended to me, despite it was my mistake. Innisfree is truly a customer oriented and honest business 👍

Shipping is standard but packaging wise is best

Gentle and doesn’t feel too heavy on the skin. A small amount goes a long way. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a reliable skin repair cream that provides hydration and helps strengthen the skin barrier.
