Le clavier est tombé en panne en moins d'une semaine. La confirmation du retour a pris trois jours. Six jours après la réception de mon clavier défectueux par HyperX, je les ai contactés pour connaître l'état d'avancement de ma réclamation. Ils ont exigé une preuve de livraison, laissant entendre que le clavier était simplement resté dans leur entrepôt. Finalement, un clavier de remplacement a été envoyé, mais il est resté bloqué car le transporteur ne pouvait effectuer de livraisons en main propre que le jeudi, mon jour de travail. HyperX a abandonné le dossier, et me voilà, plus de trois semaines après la panne, toujours sans clavier de remplacement !

Great headphones! Easy to set up and use, loving the wireless headset. Super comfy, great quality for gaming, can hear everything! battery life is insane, didnt charge them when they first came, they started at 60% and I've put probably 30-40 hours on them and they are still at 60% battery.
