Excellent in every way

Exactly what i ordered, delivered within 5 working days. Looking forward to giving them an extensive workout on my European Holiday!

Fast service

An easy transaction. Cannot fault customer service. Fast shipping. I am a return customer and highly recommend their shoes.

I ordered white. I got a pair of light blue.

Great product.

Great. Shoes were delivered very quickly and fit perfectly. I had no trouble returning the first pair I ordered, which was too small, in store. Made it very easy.

Fast and efficient

Ecco were excellent to deal with as always.

Comfortable from the get go, very practical, and look good. My only gripe is the requirement for Australia Post to get a signature even though we have a secure delivery area, they never bother to try to deliver and I always have to drive to the post office to pick the parcels

Prompt service and delivery

Ecco shoes are very comfortable and look stylish too. Plus the sandals I bought go with everything.

Shipping and return policy excellent and will buy from Ecco again
