Castore have an efficient wholesale system but unfortunately they use Evri as their courier. The courier experience was dreadful with the parcel flung into the garden and not delivered properly to the front door as other delivery companies. I suggest Castore should use another courier to protect their reputation as I understand Evri presently have an industrial dispute and seem to ignore customer feedback.

Please do not use EVRI as a courier! They are the worst advert for Castore.
